功能及特點(diǎn)
- 本機(jī)采用全油壓設(shè)計(jì)，壓力大，貼合牢固。壓底、壓邊 1 把前后 束緊可一次完成。也可單獨(dú)操作，平底、包邊及特殊包邊鞋，皆 可操作使用，一機(jī)多用，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高。
- 適用各種類型鞋子，非一般墻式及氣囊式壓底機(jī)可比擬。
- 使用特殊設(shè)計(jì)多支密排式油壓缸，能配合斜邊不規(guī)則輪廓，切壓邊均衡，沒(méi)有死角，效果極佳。
- 壓桿相通的設(shè)計(jì)，使鞋底于壓底時(shí)，受力均勻，不產(chǎn)生空隙，且壓桿自動(dòng)橫移定位設(shè)計(jì)，使鞋子取放方便無(wú)阻礙，能提高產(chǎn)能，且不使鞋面受損，除一般鞋類外，無(wú)論長(zhǎng)筒鞋，動(dòng)能方便操作。
Funciton And Specialty
- The machine adopts full oil pressure design, with high pressure and firm fit. Bottom pressing, blank pressing, front and back tightening can be completed at one time. It can also be operated independently. Flat bottomed, hemmed and special hemmed shoes can be operated and used. One machine can be used for many purposes with high economic benefits.
- It is suitable for all kinds of shoes, which can be compared with ordinary wall type and air bag type sole presses.
- The use of a special design of multiple close row hydraulic cylinder, can match the irregular contour of the shoe edge, and the blank holder is balanced, no dead angle, the effect is excellent.
- The design of connecting the pressure bar makes the sole bear uniform force when pressing the sole, and there is no gap, and the pressure bar automatically moves horizontally to position the design, which makes the shoes easy to take and place, can improve the production capacity, and does not damage the vamp. In addition to general shoes, both long tube and half long tube shoes can be easily operated.
